Lindenberg-Anlagen The generation sets are assembled to meet the highest quality standard, as laid down in the company's quality handbook. This meet the standard of DIN ISO 9001, as well as the requirement of the German army, the NATO / NAMSA agency and the quality assurance departments of renowed national and international companies. Each generating set is factory tested in the company's state of the art test shop, before shipment. Full load test for individual sets or parallel operation is mandatory. The testing is carried out according to classification societies' regulations, in the presence of the classification societies's surveyor. Design The diesel engine, and the alternator, will be flanged and connected through a flexible coupling in order to avoid dangerous torsion vibrations. The diesel engine and the alternator are mounted on a common-marine bed frame. manufactured of elector welded and screwed steel profiles/ Cooling system for the set The generating sets are available with heat exchanger and seawater pump, and can be prepared for keel cooling, box cooler or central cooling system.
